With 48 technicians who are at least junior college student, of which 2 professors, 3 associate Professor, 3 senior engineers, 1 senior economist and 7 engineers, Tianshi specializes in production and marketing feed and feed additives, and also has strong research links with many famous professional scientific research teams, such as: Chinese Academy Sciences, Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangnan University, China Agricultural University and China Freshwater Fisheries Institute etc, as well as being the “Base of Nanjing Agricultural University for Teaching & Scientific Research” ,the “Base of Jiangnan University for Production, Study and Research”. The company set up “Feed Additive Institute”, Yixing Probiotics Engineering Laboratory, "Feed Research Laboratory”、”Biotechnology Research and Engineering Laboratory" and "Microbiology Laboratory " which are respectively in Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangnan University, Jiangsu Institute of Microbiology. Those all become the base for research and industrialization platform for my company, also for the industrialization of science and technology base of Yixing government. In addition, our company has passed the authentication of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2003、 HACCP-EC-o1Feed Safety Management system in 2007、FAMI-QS European feed additive and passed the environmental review system certification in 2007 Be honored as “Jiangsu New &Hi-Tech Industry”, “National Excellent corporation for Scientific Technological Innovation in Feed Additive”,“Jiangsu technological enterprises”, “Jiangsu  first twenty best feed industry companies”, and “Wuxi AAA-Grade Credit Standing Enterprise”. Company produces 9 series feed additive products: Ethoxy-Quinoline, Betaine, mildew inhibitor and so on, of which "antioxidants","biological acidifier," "mildew inhibitor" and "egg yolk antibodies” have been awarded six state patents; Betaine, Antioxidant, Acidifier and Mildew Inhibitor were the research achievements derived from the National Spar-Plan projects and named as “Jiangsu Hi-Tech Products”. Ethoxy-Quinoline -33 powder is the outcome of the National Agricultural Achievement Transformation Projects, and awarded second-class science and technology by Wuxi government. Ethoxy-Quinoline is the product of national spark program; the product Yolk Antibody Immune Globulin listed in the Provincial New Project of Tackling Key Problem of S & T. Besides, Betaine and Garlicin was awarded “Trustworthy Products of China Feed Sector”. Presently, Company undertake SMEs innovation project funded by Ministry of Science and Technology and the three Jiangsu Province projects - "high biological acidifier" product research project; the international cooperation projects "the healthy system for livestock farming and pollution-free put-in technology products" and "bio-fermentation acidifier," These projects have been turned into products. Soybean Flavone Series and Carnitine Series products are loved by customers and saled to 20 countries aroud the world.
